Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Seasonal Chef, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Your Content
Recipes, notes, ratings, and other content you create ("your content") remain yours. By submitting it, you grant us permission to store and display it back to you within the app. You are responsible for making sure your content does not infringe anyone else's rights.
Recipe & Nutrition Information
Recipes and nutrition data come from a mix of our own database and third-party sources (Spoonacular, Edamam, TheMealDB, FatSecret, and others). We do not independently verify the accuracy of ingredient lists, cooking times, or nutrition figures. This information is not medical or dietary advice - consult a qualified professional for dietary needs related to allergies, medical conditions, or health goals.
Subscriptions
Seasonal Chef Pro is an auto-renewing subscription processed through the App Store or Play Store. Payment is charged to your account at confirmation of purchase, and auto-renews unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings - we do not process payments or refunds directly.
Acceptable Use
Do not use the app to upload content that is illegal, infringing, or abusive, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Account Deletion
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile > Delete Account. This action cannot be undone.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on recipe or nutrition information, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the app changes. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
